Hair & Makeup Collection of the Year
Hair & Makeup Collection of the Year celebrates the power of cohesive visual design through a series of thematically connected images. This category invites artists to showcase a curated collection that reflects a unified aesthetic vision through color palette, styling, technique, or creative direction.
Collections may feature different models and distinct looks, but all images should be visually and conceptually linked, captured within the same photoshoot or developed as part of a cohesive creative project. The collection should read as one intentional artistic world, defined by its aesthetic harmony and execution.
NEW AI Beauty Art Collection
AI Beauty Art Collection is dedicated to beauty artistry created or transformed using artificial intelligence, celebrating the powerful fusion of human creativity and emerging digital tools.
This category welcomes both fully AI-generated concepts and works that began as traditional beauty imagery and were enhanced, reimagined, or expanded through AI. From visionary makeup designs to surreal hair, skin, and visual transformations, this is the space for artists exploring the future of beauty through technology.
Important:
To ensure fairness and creative integrity across all awards, any work that includes AI generation or AI-based alteration must be entered in this category. AI-assisted images are not eligible for traditional categories, this allows both digital innovators and traditional artists to be judged on equal footing within their own creative worlds.
NEW Editorial Beauty Collection
Editorial Beauty Collection celebrates beauty artistry created for editorial and magazine-style storytelling, where hair and makeup work in harmony with fashion, photography, and concept to communicate a clear visual message.
This category honors collections that feel ready for publication, where each image contributes to a cohesive editorial vision shaped by mood, styling, composition, and creative direction. The focus is on how beauty supports and elevates the overall editorial concept, whether minimal, high-fashion, conceptual, or avant-garde.
Collections may feature different models and looks, but all images should feel part of the same editorial world, designed to be experienced as a complete, curated feature rather than standalone images.
NEW Culturally Inspired Hair & Makeup
Culturally Inspired Hair & Makeup celebrates the richness, diversity, and beauty of culturally inspired hair and makeup through a curated collection. Artists are invited to honor the traditions, aesthetics, and visual languages of their own culture or cultures that inspire them through thoughtful, expressive beauty artistry.
Hair and makeup styles vary widely across the world, shaped by history, ritual, identity, and place. This category gives artisans the space to showcase what makes a culture visually distinctive, whether through color, texture, technique, symbolism, or styling.
Collections may feature different models and looks, but all images should be visually and conceptually connected, reflecting a unified cultural vision presented with respect, artistry, and creative intention.
Makeup Artistry
Full Face
This category is focused on a complete, full-face makeup look, where all key elements of makeup artistry are present and thoughtfully executed. Looks may be bold and dramatic or soft and natural. Full Face entries should demonstrate the artist’s skill across multiple areas of makeup application (eyes, complexion, brows, and lips) rather than focusing on a single feature alone.
NEW Unedited Makeup Artistry
This category honors the true essence of makeup artistry—raw, authentic, and unfiltered. The Unedited Makeup category is dedicated to showcasing makeup looks exactly as they appear in real life, with no photo editing, filters, retouching, or digital enhancements of any kind.
